Standard Shipping

Standard Rate delivery from €9.99 with 5-10 day delivery to Europe (in selected countries).

Free delivery on all orders over €70 (in selected countries - please see below).

We currently ship to the following countries: 
Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina*, Bulgaria*, Croatia*, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece*, Hungary, Iceland*, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania*, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland*.

* The standard shipping rate for these countries is €39.99 and we do not offer free shipping options.

 

Our standard working days are Monday - Thursday.

We currently do not ship on UK Bank Holiday Mondays - please allow extra time for deliveries around these times. For a full list of dates, please visit www.gov.uk/bank-holidays.

Tracking

For registered users, to track your order, please login, navigate to your order and view the ‘Order Shipments’ tab. You can also check the history of your orders and check the status. You can also click on the link from your shipping confirmation email.

 

RETURNS

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please return your items to us within the stated returns period.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any return shipping costs. We recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or signed for delivery service, of your choice, to ensure your return is tracked and insured. The goods remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit.

We can provide information on how to use these services once you have completed our Returns Form supplied in your order. Please contact our customer care team at returns@bodyglove.eu if you require a Returns Form or if you experience any issues in making your return.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in the original packaging and can be resold as such with all tags still attached, etc. If the product is deemed to be used or unsellable, Body Glove reserves the right to deny the return request and refuse to issue the purchaser a credit.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received and inspected your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. Once processed, funds can take up to 5 working days to become visible, depending on your bank.

If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact our customer service team at returns@bodyglove.eu along with any information and any images outlining any defects or damage.

EXCHANGES

Because our stock is constantly changing, we do not offer a traditional exchange service. Instead, please order replacements online in the usual way.  Once we receive your original items back in the warehouse, the usual returns process applies.

RETURNS - APPAREL

If you're not happy with your items for any reason, you can return them to us within 45 days of receiving them for a full refund i(excluding original shipping cost) f they are in a saleable, unworn condition (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done).

RETURNS – WETSUITS

If you're not happy with your wetsuit for any reason, you can return it to us within 45 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) as long as it’s in a saleable, unworn condition.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

When cleaning a Body Glove wetsuit, hand wash it in cool, fresh water and hang to air dry, out of direct sunlight, after every use. NEVER put your suit in a washing machine or dryer (not even tumble dry). This will cause your suit to shrink and stiffen. Avoid exposure to harsh detergents of chemicals. Chlorine and sunlight will cause fading to fabric. Do not use excessive force when putting on or removing your wetsuit. Avoid contact with sharp objects and abrasive surfaces.

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault, we do offer a 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on materials and workmanship from date of original purchase.

Please note the following is not covered under warranty;

Alterations

Materials over 1-YEAR from date of original purchase or 90 days for accessories

Repairs or alterations done by any party other than Body Glove Wetsuits representative or authorized repair facility

Fading from sunlight

Staining on objects, surface tops due to improper care/handling of the wetsuit after use (See CARE AND MAINTENANCE Clause)

Products classified as seconds

Damages due to misuse or abuse

Damages from transportation, incidental, or consequential use

Fabric delamination caused by improper care and maintenance

Use of direct sunlight and/or clothes dryer for drying purposes

Improper fit caused by incorrect wetsuit size

Warranty request without ORIGINAL RECEIPT
